Composition: Top soil composed of sandy clay loam soil, coarse washed sand and a small amount of composted garden organics.
Uses: Suitable for use under turf, particularly in areas of poor drainage.
Installation: Place 100mm layer over the area where the new lawn is going to be laid.

- Not suitable for use as top dressing
